Frequently Asked Questions

How much does treatment cost?

Treatment currently costs £60 per session.

How many treatments will I need?

There is no rule for this. Some people  just need help through an acute crisis and may only need a few sessions. Others may need longer term therapy. This will always be discussed during your initial consultation where all factors will be borne in mind.

Which treatment is right for me?

This depends on the condition to be treated. Treatment options are always discussed during your initial consultation.

Are there any side effects to treatments?

Not usually. Treatment is pleasant and clients leave feeling invigorated and relaxed although on some occasions, painful emotions may be experienced. However none of this is unmanageable.

Will it ‘wear off’?

We use a variety of techniques to ensure that the changes you make are long lasting.
