After graduation, Anne studied drama at the Central School Speech of Drama in London.  A brief acting career followed until she finally decided to follow her primary interest of helping people to address their mental health issues in order to overcome their mental and physical anguish, that stopped them from leading a fulfilled life.

She started at the London Centre of Psychotherapy in1991. She then   also Joined the Camden Bereavement Service where she worked for four years.  She then embarked on a Analytical Psychotherapy training at the Lincoln centre (affiliated to the Tavistock Centre in North London.) At the same time she worked as an Honorary Psychotherapist at the Whittington Psychology department.

After some time Anne wanted to specialize in short term therapies so then started further training in Clinical Hypnotherapy and after that in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

She started in Private Practice in 1995, combining Hypnotherapy and CBT therapy to help clients address and overcome their mental health issues in the most efficient way possible.
